Who we are

This website is published by Atelier Donatien Carratier and is available at atelierdonatiencarratier.com. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to donatien@carratier.com.

What this site collects

This is a portfolio website. It has no contact form, no newsletter, no user accounts and no shop. Comments are closed on every page and article. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking services, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone.

Server logs

As with almost every website, our hosting provider records standard technical information each time a page is requested. This includes your IP address, the browser and device you use, the page requested and the date and time. These records exist so that the site can be operated, kept secure and repaired when something fails. They are not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

No cookies are placed on your device when you browse this site as a visitor. Cookies are set only for site administrators when they sign in, so that the session and screen preferences are remembered.

Content embedded from other websites

Some pages include material hosted elsewhere, such as video. Embedded content behaves exactly as though you had visited that other website, and the provider may collect data about you, set its own cookies and record how you interact with the content. Please read the privacy policy of the provider concerned.

Writing to us

If you contact us by email, we keep your message and your contact details for as long as we need them in order to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add your address to any mailing list.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the way we use it. Write to donatien@carratier.com and we will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, which in France is the CNIL.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
